Girls Rock North Carolina

Girls Rock After School is a music and empowerment program for girls with ten week sessions in the fall and spring. The program takes place one afternoon a week and is a more intimate version of our summer Rock Camp for Girls. Girls form bands, learn to play instruments of their choice, and write original music with their peers and mentors. After school attendees have the opportunity to attend workshops to strengthen their confidence, creative expression, and collaboration with peers. This is a great program for girls who want to get more hands-on instrument instruction and experience collaborating with band members.

No musical background or instruments necessary to participate in Girls Rock After School!

We offer full and partial scholarships to qualifying participants!
